Shraddha Dasgupta, Deputy General Manager Godrej Properties

I restarted my career when my daughter was 5 years old and willing to let go of my hand. Godrej’s family friendly benefits like flexible work hours and work from home policy, and the freedom to structure my work have contributed to improving my productivity at work. Returning back to work after a break is always tough but the hand holding, encouragement and support from my colleagues at Godrej has made it a very enriching experience.
